IT'S OKAY NOT TO BE OKAY 👌//

We saw this saying a few days ago and it has sunk deep into the mind. This is simple, but so fundamental at the same time and close to our opinion. Yes, it's mostly about our emotional state, feelings, perception of the world. But it also relates to the process of leaning a foreign language. 👇

💜 We are convinced that it's okay when:
▶️ Your progress is slower than you expect as it takes more time to absorb new knowledge
▶️ Your ability to speak fluently doesn't show up from the moment you walk into the classroom
▶️ You make mistakes and forget words
▶️ You lose your motivation for a moment and find it later
▶️ You ask to repeat and drill grammar and other rules

Remember that we are here to help and you should not be ashamed of your downs, instead it's better to focus on your ups! 😌

Love,
YETA

🇷🇺

YETA 💜

I remember the time when I was at school and we had our final exams ahead. I wanted to pass my exams well, and my friend and I found extra classes to get prepared.

Oh, that was maths. The first lesson (which was also the last one) was awful. There was a group of 30 people. The teacher was late. He rashed into the classroom without greeting, tossed the bag on the table, and started writing random math formulas on the blackboard mumbling something we could not hear at all.

That didn't stop us and later on we found a different place. That was night and day. The teacher there was all attentive, the group was quite small and we were more than satisfied with our progress, because every bit of the information we received was practical and useful. ✅

What I want to say is even if someday you had a bad experience in something you were eager to achieve or win over, you should not surender. Try a different method, approach, teacher, place, time. WHERE THERE IS WILL, THERE IS A WAY!

🇷🇺

SORRY, I DON'T GET IT!

When I was 15, a group of Americans 🇺🇸 came to our town for 2 weeks to exchange experiences and learn Russian 🇷🇺 . And I was the only one in the class (except a teacher of Russian), who spoke Russian. I studied at comprehensive school, and my teacher of English didn't see anything extraordinary in me, but I knew that my life would be connected with the language sometime.

To tell the truth, I felt like an alien and could hardly understand anything from what they were discussing. That was embarrassing and awkward. Sometimes they laughed really hard, and I started to laugh, but I had no idea what the joke was about 🤭 . I remember how I digested every new word and kept repeating the list of them during the day afterwards.

Most of the guys didn't have any interest to talk to me after the classes, but there were 3 people, who wanted to know a bit more and were friendly and supportive. It inspired me greatly, and I was over the moon, when finally could speak a bit and unsterstand what I was told.

When they left, I continued writing emails to some of them and they answered as well, and I believe it was the best what I could have and what helped me to make progress.
I am really thankful for that experience. ♥

Hey guys! When you think that learning a foreign language is something challenging for you, always keep in mind that great things started from small steps. Go for it!

🇷🇺

LET YOURSELF LIVE NOW 🌷

I remember that day when I finally received my Polaroid camera and film for that. There were only 8 sheets, so you should be quite careful with the shot, that's final. But you know it. I wanted every picture be special, with its story behind. So I hang back and waited till I had my perfect moment to capture. I kept 3 last sheets till we travelled to Saint - Pete. But, to my horror, they were expired and didn't develop at all. It upset me, but I also realized that I should never put off till tomorrow what I can do today! We all know that. Nevertheless keep forgetting the truth - there is no time like the present. ⌚

Let's live today, let's enjoy the moment, the life we were granted! It's not important to be perfect, it's vital to be HERE AND NOW!

Love,
YETA 💜

YETA 💜

'IT'S TIME TO SAY GOOD-BYE' 👋 😔

How often do you follow things through?
Don't you think you give up too fast?

It's true that it is sometimes hard to stay motivated when you learn a language. Our brain is eager to find a secret shortcut to make it easier and quicker. And we'd love to share some ideas, how you can keep on track:

⭐ See you goal clearly
There is a slow progress in most cases and you lose your motivation easily, when you do it 'just in case'. It's much better, when you understand why you need it for and which benefits it'll bring you in the nearest future.

⭐ Find something for inspiration
It's simple, but it works. Find a book, it can be a graded reader when you have a lower level of a foreign language, a film or TV-series with the English subs, listen to music you like and read the lyrics of it. It's cool and give a chance to enjoy the process.

⭐ Don't compare yourself with others
Slow and steady wins the race. When something goes wrong or you get stuck, don't panic, find a way to change your perception, ask your teacher, discuss it with the groupmates. You can even write down things you have already covered to see your progress and your work.

You will succeed in it all! 💜
Hugs and blessings,
Your YETA

IT'S THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR!
Let's confess we all have been waiting for this time to come. And it's a special month to show others you care.

🎄 Here are some other things, which make December magical and different from any other month of the year:

⭐ Winter activities

Listening to Christmas and New year's playlist, singing carols, buying ornaments, hanging lights, drinking hot chocolate, writing a letter to Santa, baking cookies, playing in the snow are just a few of our favourite activities we miss to have as soon as December comes.

⭐Lights are everywhere

From the fireplace to the house, the street and the entire city, everything is lit and shining during Christmas and New Year!

⭐ Christmas-themed movies

The whole month is dedicated to featuring original and beloved movies that bring back childhood memories like "Harry Potter,” “How The Grinch Stole Christmas,” “Home Alone,” and “The Polar Express.”

⭐ Holidays and snowy days

We are all looking forward to going down sledding and playing in the snow as if we are children again. It reminds us of the time we were merrily happy and believed in miracles with no doubts. And when it snows, we all wish to stay home and cocoon by the fireplace.

⭐Offering and receiving gifts

Love, care and the best of our emotions is up on Christmas and New Year air! And together with them, a huge gift list for our friends, family and our beloved ones.

One of the gifts we can share is a GIFT CERTIFICATE for those you love and value. Let them start a new year with an incredible journey in the world of English together with YETA. 💜

Have a merry and miraculous time! 💜

It's my cup of tea 🍵
We've been working online in full swing since March. For sure we had worked online before 2020 burst in our lives, but this year is officially the one when we have changed our strategy completely.

Our dearest student @arr_gingerella has surprisingly discovered great perks in online learning for her and shares them here:
▶️ 'You feel totally at ease as you stay at home and it's your atmosphere, which supports you.
▶️ Though it's online learning, the quality of it hasn't changed. I would say that I am even better focused and involved
▶️ You don't spend your time on getting to school. It's all at your fingertips.
▶️ You can wear pyjamas and have a cup of coffee, and nobody even cares.' 😄👍

Thank you for your trust! ☺ And be ahead with YETA!

Be ahead! Be with YETA! 💜

WE'VE CROSSED THE LINE... ⛔

Of our patience and we want to see you again in the office as soon as it's possible 🙆

But not to be bored and fill in your time productively, here are several great ideas 💡 to implement in life:

1️⃣Keep a dream diary - it allows you to capture dreams before they are lost and forgotten for ever. Dreams can tell you a lot about what makes you happy, what you are worried or excited about, and many other things about your feelings.

2️⃣Make a time capsule - as get older, you'll have different views on life. To remind yourself of the exciting life you had, bury a capsule to open and have fun.

3️⃣Write lyrics for a song or a poem - it's a good way to relax and express yourself.

4️⃣Grow something from a seed - it's so amazing to see that something becomes bigger and stronger because you give it your care and time.

5️⃣Research your family tree - we are who we are because of our genes. So why not to find out about ancestors? You might discover something you don't expect and understand your personality better.

Go ahead! And try something from the list!

🏡 Home is a shelter from storms - all sorts of storms. (William J. Bennett)
⠀ The World Health Organization has declared the coronavirus a pandemic, and the number of cases continues to rise worldwide. These basic steps can help you reduce your risk of getting sick or infecting others.
⠀⭐Stay home if you can. Avoid public transportation when possible, limit nonessential travel, work from home as much as possible and skip social gatherings. Don’t go to crowded restaurants or busy gyms. You can go outside, as long as you avoid being in close contact with people.
⠀⭐Wash your hands. With soap. Then wash them again.A refresher: Wet your hands and scrub them with soap, taking care to get between your fingers and under your nails. Wash for at least 20 seconds (or about the time it takes to sing “Happy Birthday” twice), and dry.
⠀⭐Stay informed. Knowing what is accurate can protect you and your family. There’s a lot of information flying around, and knowing what is going on will go a long way toward protecting your family.
⠀⭐Don’t stockpile masks. Unless you are already infected, face masks won’t help. The most effective are the so-called N95 masks, which block 95 percent of very small particles.)
⠀⭐ Don't panic and be sane. Following what it's said to do not to be infected, is responsible and essential. Easy steps may change the situation to the better way.

Be healthy and keep caring about yourself and your beloved ❤️

IT CAN HELP A LOT ❤️
PART 2.
We carry on sharing useful podcasts for your English.

4. Daily English Easy Expression Podcast

The podcasts are hosted by a charismatic coach with 28 years of teaching experience, Shane Preston. In Easy English expression, it is very clear, simple speech in 5-7-minute videos, in Master English the vocabulary is a little more complex, the duration of episodes of the level is 30-60 minutes. In both cases, the coach speaks American English at a moderate pace, so that the words are easy to catch, and a new phrase is parsed in each issue.

5. AudioEnglish

A large library of podcasts, blocks are divided by levels. There is a section for beginners where you can learn the alphabet and easy vocabulary, a section with dialogues on "everyday" phrases (at the doctor, in the store, at a party, etc.), blocks Travel English, Accounting English, and others. Each issue contains a transcript, and the second part of the podcast contains special exercises to check the memorization of the material. There is paid content, but there are plenty of free releases.

May the force be with you 🚀

Friendship is a vital part of our lives 👌
Remember yourself when we were kids? It was so easy to make friends anywhere and anytime. We wanted someone to play together and spend time with. Even though we befriended for a short time, we did it sincerely and to the fullest.

Now it doesn't seem so easy. We need a reason to talk to a person, a special place and atmosphere to make friends.

We’ve all faced many moments in our lives where we’ve wanted to make a new friend as an adult and simply didn’t have the time, tools, or confidence to make it happen. “As we transit out of emerging adulthood (ages 18-25), we’re no longer surrounded by a group of same-age peers who happen to be in a similar life stage and with whom we have things in common,” Miriam Kirmayer, a therapist and friendship researcher.

But why do we actually need FRIENDS for?
😊Friends can give you vital life skills. There are many perks of friendship include sharpening your mind, making you generally happier, knowing yourself better, becoming inspired to reach your goals, advancing your career, helping you meet romantic partners, and living a longer and healthier life.
😊Having friends can help you get more friends. People tend to like others who have a reputation for being nice and helpful, and they like people who like them. If you want to be the type of person who attracts new friends, these qualities will help get you on your way toward building your social group.
😊Close friends support you through thick and thin. Although being friendly can get you more friends, you don’t need hundreds to help you through life.
☺️Friends can give you a reality check. Who but your closest friends will tell you that your new outfit is ridiculously garish? What person you meet on the street will let you know that your latest romantic interest is going to bring you heartbreak? Because friends know us so well, they are able to see things that we can’t, and aren’t afraid to share their dose of reality with you.
☺️Banding together with friends can help you effect social change.

DREAMS NEVER COME TRUE👇
... until you believe in them and do its utmost, or at least have no fear to take a step closer to them! 🌟

I always wanted to see Europe when it's all decorated with lots of LIGHTS 🎄 and people are everywhere and talk to each other happily with no stress and rush. It was something I had in my mind for years. And last December I realized that it's easy to make a reality 😌 We just bought tickets... AND BANG 🎉 We are on the way to Germany 🇩🇪 to be happy 😊

It's a marvellous time and place especially at Christmas time, I must say!
❤️😍Atmosphere, laughter of inspired people, hot drinks and delicious food, lovely souvenirs and fairy tale in the air. 🙋‍♀️But there was something which is even more precious for me as a teacher. I visited ✌️ two classes of ENGLISH at UNIVERSITY and SCHOOL! And I'm thrilled!
I love it when everything is well-organised, but it has room for creativity. And that's what it's all about! 👇
Teachers are supportive and encouraging, topics
are up to date, atmosphere is friendly, knowledge is given the way you want to dig deeper and find out more.

I always knew that Germany is a place, where almost everyone can speak English fluently. And I saw for myself that it's true. 👌📙 Also it's great when studying is a process when you're fully involved and get pleasure and best benefits from it. That's what I saw. And that's impressive! I'm proud that we teach our students this way at YETA too. But I also hope that it's going to be this way at our comprehensive schools and universities as well. 🙌

26.12. 2019

Well, 2019 is almost over. 🕒
And we are happy that our new atmosphere and refreshed design will be waiting for you in January again 🎄 come back and enjoy the process! ☺

13.11. 2019

We forgot to share this amazing moment 🤯
Almost three weeks ago our charming team under a captain @mashabitneva took part in an intellectual game 'Question attention'.
It was a real fun! 🤭
Thank you, ladies, for representing our school! We are proud of you!💜🙏👍

27.10. 2019

To do it well or not to do it at all? That is the question! 🤔
Many of our students are quite insecure when they first come. 'I'm not really good at speaking' and 'I can understand what you're saying, but it's almost impossible to react with my own words' - stuff can be heard from 95% of people.
But the thing is that you are all good, clever and amazing! We believe that each of you can achieve great results! You are unique, you differ from each other. The way you absorb things, rules, skills, etc. differs too. But it's possible for everyone when you have your aim, motivation and mood! ☺

Take it easy and keep working on your English!

22.09. 2019

Remember we shared our great student's @arr_gingerella flashback. We'd like to add more facts.
Part 2.
5 things I don't like about Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 :
1. Scottish Railways – train cancellations and 2 hour delay are quite common things.
2. They are way too polite. If you think that you are a man of good manners, you're probably mistaken, as you've never met British quys. When you ask a question somewhere in Europe with no adding extra 'please', 'excuse me' and 'I appreciate it' most of the time nobody even cares, but in the UK it will be taken as a sign of disrespect and rudeness. There is also no excuse that you are a foreigner or your English is not good enough. So it's tough.
3. Scottish accent. Well, sometimes you feel as if you understand everything a Scot is saying, but then ops… and you miss it.
4. At weekends almost all the cafes, pubs and some stores start their working day at 12 noon. So it was quite a task to find a place to have breakfast.
5. Weird, but the underground. It's very old, and you can cut it some slack. But those are narrowest train coaches I've ever been into. I have no idea, how tall people travel in it as I almost touched the upper rail, though I'm only 177 cm.

Perfectionism: a gift or a curse ?
Part 2️⃣
Experts have identified two types of perfectionism, a good kind and a bad kind. Those who try their best and expect themselves and others to do well, but who treat failures as learning opportunities rather than indicators of inferiority, are the GOOD kind of perfectionists—achievers with high standards of excellence.
👍 Here are points, which support the idea of being a Good kind of a perfectionist:
▶️ You go the extra mile, even for things you aren’t necessarily interested in. This way your experience and knowledge grow.
▶️People think you’re someone who really has everything together and look up to you.
▶️You have motivation, determination, persistence, and drive – qualities that most people find redeeming and can make you a great candidate for landing a job.
▶️You’re excellent at correcting and editing things because you get a secret joy out of seeking out imperfections.
▶️You are willing to try something over and over again until you can do it right. Therefore, you know the incomparably amazing feeling of watching something that seemed impossible become possible. For me, such is the case with challenging yoga poses.

But research suggests that people who are motivated by a desire to please or impress others perform worse than those who simply set ambitious goals for themselves. If you drive yourself hard mainly because you’re worried others will see you as less-than-perfect, consider discarding impossibly high expectations and working toward getting good enough. Your quirks, and even your little mistakes, infuse your work with personality, so leave perfect precision to machines and remember that to err is human.

Be yourself and enjoy your world of perfections and imperfections ❤️👌

03.09. 2019

Perfectionism: a gift or a curse❓

Part 1️⃣ What is perfectionism?
It is the quality of liking to do things perfectly and not being satisfied with anything less.
But does it help us or make us nervous? 🤔
👎Bad news:
▶️ You're never done - For perfectionists with high standards, a project is never done because it doesn’t meet the criteria for “perfect.” It may also distract you from getting pleasure of the process. And most of the time you're stressed out.
▶️ Your creativity is suffocated - If you are constantly stressed about doing something perfectly (and not failing), then your imagination and creativity are squashed. And innovation, which is necessary for positive change and success, is hindered for a perfectionist.
▶️Other people's opinion matters a lot - As a perfectionist, you are often a people pleaser, wanting others to think highly of you. With your all-or-nothing thinking, you see yourself as “good” if people like you and “bad” if they don’t. And with people pleasing comes a lot of difficulty making decisions and avoiding important conversations, for fear that you’ll upset someone else.
▶️You’re highly critical of others - Perfectionists are constantly judging themselves. And because what we say to ourselves is often reflected in how we interact with other people, you’re probably judging other people, too.
▶️You can't delegate - With an all-or-nothing mentality, you most likely believe that there is a right way to do something and that everything else is wrong. So you think, It’s just easier to do it myself.
▶️You never rest - Perfectionists often have the belief that I will rest (or play) when the job is done. Of course, the job is never done because it’s never perfect enough. As such, you are at increased risk for burnout.
But every cloud has a silver lining. And there are bendfits of being a perfectionist, which will be illuminated in our next post.
And now breathe out and take a rest! 🥴

A couple of months ago a nice girl left a message that her friends from Holland would like to visit our city and they'd be happy if we could show Nizhny Novgorod and organise something else. We are always open to new ideas and it's a great chance to meet new friends!
Two days ago the weather was rainy and cold ☔ . But brave @katya_gorkaya held a walking city tour for our guests! We are really thankful to her for being so optimistic, friendly and compassionate ✌️Everything was great and well-organised! Thank you, @katya_gorkaya ❤️

When it's so autumny outside, we'd like to share our good friend's @arr_gingerella last fall flashback to Scotland.
Part 1.
5 things I love about Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 :
1. English breakfast. This is totally love at first taste, especially when you like your breakfast to be Full Monty.
2. Compliments and freedom of communication. If you`re new at a party, be ready people will walk up to you and get acquainted easily. They will also tell you compliments and won't let you get bored.
3. Pubs. There`s nothing to add!
4. Nature here is incredibly diverse, magnificent and beautiful. The scenery took my breath away.
5. English is everywhere and it's gorgeous!Especially when you`ve been craving for it for two years learning the language at English School YETA. To say that I was extremely happy to be finally surrounded by English 24/7 is to say nothing.

'MY ACCENT IS TERRIBLE!' 🤢

That's what you think when you start speaking English, right?
People can't understand you and very often they ask you to repeat what you've just said. It makes you feel embarrassing. Even though your vocabulary and grammar are perfect, your pronunciation is still a trouble.
📚The English language has some sounds that your native language might not, so you will have to learn how to make completely new sounds. And it turns to be quite tricky.
BUT Keep your head up! ☺
There are a few tips, which might be helpful:
✔️Do More Than Just Read And Listen. For many people learning a language means to read books and watch films or listen to English learning materials. But it's also vital to actively use the language, even though you don't have a partner to speak with. Record yourself with a camera. Look at the way you speak, try to focus on your mistakes - it's easy to do if you watch on YouTube how natives speak it, and practise again.
✔️Add Stress to Sounds and Words. English is a stressed language. That means some words and sounds are more important than others. Sentences have stresses too; some words are more important, and are said with more clarity and strength than the rest of the sentence. Find the rules and try to memorize them. But remember that the best way to learn is to practise. So return to point 1 again.
✔️Use Pronunciation Podcasts and Videos. Now it's just a matter of time and motivation as there are lots of valuable resources on the Interment. Turn on the video or a track and repeat after a speaker. E.g. English Pronunciation Pod, Improve your pronunciation with BBC Learning English, etc.are at your service.
✔️Notice How Your Mouth and Lips Move. It's quite important to pay attention to it. As how you move your mouth and lips affects the way you sound. Lifehacks:
👍 Use a mirror. This is by far the simplest way to tell what your mouth is doing while you talk.
👍 Put a finger in front of your lips (like you’re saying “shh”). As you speak, don’t move your finger. You should feel your lips moving away from or pushing against your finger. Soundsofenglish.org will help you here - it has good explanations.
And believe in yourself!

🔮 FUTURE WON'T EXIST... 😑
Until you follow these easy, but vital steps to make your life eco-friendly 💚.
The 6⃣ Rs: making a sustainable impact:
✅ Rethink/Reinvent: consider and question consumption habits.
💡Understand what you really need and become self-aware of your effect on environment. When buying stuff, hold on for a moment and ask youself: Do I need it? Can it be recycled? Is there another use of this? These are some of the basic questions that we should consider every day.
✅Refuse: make the choice to not generate waste.
💡Replace disposable things by reusable ones. For example, when you purchase fruit or vegetables in bulk, take a small shopping bag from home to put them in it rather than in a plastic one. There is almost always an alternative way which is much better for nature.
✅ Reduce: make decisions that decrease the amount of waste produced.
💡To cut trash, simply consume less. It is the idea that less is more. Follow your list while shopping, use public transport or ride a bike 🚲 to cut carbon emissions, take a shower not a bath, turn off water when brush your teeth, etc.
By taking these tips to heart, people will cut the amount of trash they generate.
✅ Re-Use/Repair: expand the shelf-lives of  products.
💡By reusing what you already have or by reinventing new uses for the item, you can extend the item’s product life. Instead of throwing things away, think how you use them. Be creative! Donate, sell, give away. If there is no other use for the product, then recycle.
✅Recycle: reclaim the raw materials.
💡By separating items such as aluminum cans and plastic, we can reclaim the raw materials from these items which would have otherwise been thrown away.  Recycled materials typically require less energy to process compared to developing new materials altogether.  What can be recycled, though? There is an array of items, including paper, aluminum, yard trimmings, glass, and plastic, used motor oil, steel and batteries. Consumers can recycle these materials by disposing of them in separate trash bins at home, work and school.

✅Replace/Rebuy: next time consider recycled and green content
Consumers can look for labels on packages that include a percentage of recovered materials. If the demand for these products is present, businesses have an incentive to continue producing items that are more environmentally friendly. ❤️The final five Rs are dependent on the first, rethinking. It is that moment of pause, that hesitation to throw out something that still has value; it’s the recognition of that value that creates change. While it may take practice, as most habits don’t develop overnight, over time an individual’s conscious efforts may become part of her character.

24.03. 2019

People will definitely like you! 👌

How much do you care about other people's opinions?🙈🙉🙊 We all more or less depend on what other people think or say about us.

There are a few tips how to make people like you 👍:
✅ Ask questions. People who ask questions are often well-liked. It shows your genuine interest and it means that you care.
✅Compliment other people. Don't be shy. Tell something good about a person if you see it and like it.
✅ Casually touch people. Common examples include tapping someone's back or touching their arm, which can make them feel more warmly toward you.
✅ Smile. It's been recently proved that smiling when you first meet someone helps ensure they will remember you later.
✅Tell people your secret. Self-disclosure may be one of the best relationship-building techniques. When you share intimate information with another person, they are more likely to feel closer to you and want to confide in you in the future.
✅ Aaaand show that you can keep their secrets too 🙊👍
✅Make jokes. Research at DePaul University and Illinois State University found that using humor when you're first getting to know someone can make the person like you more.
✅ Let people talk about themselves. Letting someone share a story or two about their life instead of blabbing about yours could give them more positive memories of your interaction.
✅ Ask for a favor. This one may sound kind of funny if you're not familiar with it -- it's a technique known as the "Benjamin Franklin Effect." Basically, you ask for a favor, the other person does it for you, you thank them, and they end up liking you more. It can be something really small. But people like being helpful.
👍 Now you know the hacks! Use them wisely! 👌

08.03. 2019

It's a special day! 🌟
There can be no imagination of sorts,
There can be no distinguish on thoughts,
You know that you are the best
In life's every way and test.
So walk proud and be who you are,
Shine bright like that star,
Make it happen and know you can,
Everything will work according to plan!
You have that strength of character in life!
You are a true woman of substance!
Happy women's day to you! 🌸

09.02. 2019

Laziness is good for you 🛋 👍
⠀And it's not a joke! What's your speed of life? Are you snowed under with lots of tasks at home and at work? 😴 Is every day a race with an everlasting list of cares and worries?
⠀👎It's a cruel fact of today's reality that such activities as napping peacefully on the sofa, playing with your pet, reading a book and just watching your favourite film are considered lazy and unworthwhile. 😔
⠀👍 Actually, according to the experts, laziness might in fact be good for your health:
▶️ Do nothing from time to time. IT'S FINE! When you let yourself zone out, an area of the brain called the default mode network — required for creativity — is activated. It’s where our “aha!” ideas come from, says Andrew Smart, a neuroscience researcher and author of Autopilot: The Art and Science of Doing Nothing.
▶️Napping is a necessity - it is proven to boost alertness, mood and memory. Napping at work to increased tolerance for frustration, higher productivity and less impulsive behaviour - 20 minutes will be quite enough.
▶️Go with the flow. If you can't change something at this point of a time, leave it for a while and do something that's more pleasant. It helps to find new ways how to solve the problem and at the same time it saves your energy and your nerves.
Don't be ashamed to take a day off doing nothing or something you enjoy to restore your balance and pluck the day! We live only once - why not to let yourself from time to time be lazy😁🙃

02.02. 2019

An apple a day keeps the doctor away 🍏 bla bla bla 🔊
It's as easy as pie! 😂
But do you know what MOOD FOOD IS?
That's food which shapes your mood.
There are useful tips, which may help you to stay cheerful, energetic and healthy, both mentally and physically:
✅ Eat regularly and don't skip meals. It keeps your blood sugar levels steady, and your body has a continuous source of fuel. Nuts, seeds, oats, wholegrains are good to release energy slowly.
✅ Know what you eat. 'Good fats' and protein rich foods are extremely useful.
✅ Drink more. If you're not hydrated enough, it's difficult to focus and concentrate. Water is good, but why not to try herbal/green tea or diluted fruit juice.
✅ Eat a rainbow 🌈 of fruit and vegetables. They contain necessary minerals, vitamins and fibre, which are good for your physical and mental health.
✅ Cut down on caffeine. Too much caffeine may disturb your sleep and make you feel anxious or depressed.
Have a good time! And cook something really great! ☺
Cheers 🥂

22.01. 2019

If today was your last day, what would you do🙄?
Yes, this question is bit drastic, but still. We are sure you have asked yourself the same at least once.
There are really good words:
'My best friend gave me the best advice
He said each day's a gift and not a given right
Leave no stone unturned, leave your fears behind
And try to take the path less traveled by
That first step you take is the longest stride'
So live like you'll never live twice ✌️
Peace! ☺
Yours,
YETA

It's just craaaaaazy! People are in a rush, so fussy and overwhelmed to buy everything on their way 😨😱
It's a good idea to get ready beforehand and stay at home and away from shops 😂
And this time of the year is really great to spend with your family, people you feel comfortable and safe with ♥
But what about presents which you can give to those you appreciate? 😬
Here are some priceless tips: 👇
▶️THE GIFT OF LISTENING
But you must really listen. No interrupting, no daydreaming, no planning your response. Just be attentive.
▶️THE GIFT OF AFFECTION
Be generous with appropriate hugs, kisses, pats on the back and handholds. Let these small actions show the love you have for family and friends.
▶️THE GIFT OF A FAVOR
Every day go and do something kind, don't be indifferent.
▶️THE GIFT OF A COMPLIMENT
A simple and sincere 'You look great in red', 'Good job', 'That's so delicious!' can make someone's day.
▶️THE GIFT OF SUPPORT
A good and simple tip to someone who shares her/his problem with you can help to solve it. Soothe your friend with a cup of hot tea/cocoa and a piece of a homemade pie.
🎄Wish you all a Happy new year and Merry Christmas 🎄 be good!

21.12. 2018

It's Friday! 🦄 And it's good news as we all have two days ahead when we can be busy with something we really like. 👌
🤔But what if you haven't got a hobby which involves, attracts, inspires you?
Is it easy to find a hobby if you are an adult and it's kinda difficult to surprise you 🙋? 💡There are some tips which may help you:
▶️Take it back to your childhood.
Yes, right! If it seems to you that you don't have anything particular you like, you may still have those core interests which you had as a kid.
▶️Try a couple of things to understand which direction to choose.
▶️Do something that will help you to relax and forget about your day.
▶️See what you want to change about yourself and take this way.
▶️Make a list of things you like buying, watching, reading, etc. And go deeper.
Have fun and take care ❤️

We feel it in our fingers, we feel it in our toes,
Christmas and Happy new year 🎄 are all around us,
And so the feeling grows! ☺
💡 Do you feel this special magic of December? Aren't we happy now to know that in 11 days we'll have a great chance to start a new chapter of our life? What's in there?
Come in our office and take a fortune quote to find out what the nearest future holds!!!! 🦄👌😌💡
See you all! Xoxo

09.12. 2018

When we are 🚸 children, nothing seems impossible 🙌 We all dream to become someone great or do something amazing. We are not fond of routine work in an office and we don't even think about it. We want to discover things, meet friends💃 in every corner of the 🗺 world, invent something brand new and so on.
⠀😯But when we grow up something changes. And this 👎SOMETHING grows fast enough to make us believe that we overestimated ourselves in the past and since now we have too many limits to make our dreams come true. Why so? 🤔 You all have your own answer! Be sincere to yourself! Maybe there is a chance to change a tiny thing inside and be a bit more decisive! 😎
Believe in yourself, support your inner world of dreams, don't give up on yourself!!! ☺
💡 Monday is almost here. Have a good week with a new image of yourself!

23.11. 2018

It was Thanksgiving yesterday! ☺ 🦃
What are we thankful for? 😇👌
▶️For every smile you give us
▶️ For every visit you pay
▶️For every secret and story you share
▶️ For your trust and hard work
▶️For every moment we spend together
Thank you 😍
And THANK GOD IT'S FRIDAY 😄👋

Smile is the key 🗝 to many doors.
Here are some amazing facts about smile ☺
💡It’s a universal sign of happiness: smiling is known around the world and in all cultures as a sign of happiness and acceptance. Even if you can't speak a language, your smile may help to reach understanding.
💡Smiles Relieve Stress: Your body immediately releases endorphins when you smile, even when you force it. This sudden change in mood will help you feel better and release stress.
💡It boosts your immune system: Smiling really can improve your physical health, too. Your body is more relaxed when you smile, which contributes to good health and a stronger immune system.
💡Smiles are more attractive than makeup: A research study conducted by Orbit Complete discovered that 69% of people find women more attractive when they smile than when they are wearing makeup.

Why not to smile everyday? Life is great, isn't it? 😇
It costs nothing, but creates much.

30.10. 2018

Hey there 👋😇
There is a crucial question 🙋
What's the best age for learning a second language? 📚
▶️Studies by Harvard University confirm that the creativity, critical thinking skills, and flexibility of the mind are significantly enhanced if children learn a second language at a younger age, especially the first three years of life, are believed to be a vital period in a child’s life.
▶️Research has shown that 50% of our ability to learn is developed by age 4 and another 30% by age 8. 🙄
▶️However, this doesn’t mean that 80% of one’s knowledge or intelligence is formed until they are 8 years old. It simply means that children develop their main learning pathways during their first few years of life.👍
▶️A study conducted by a director of the cognitive neuroscience laboratory for language and child development at Dartmouth College (Hanover) has demonstrated that after the teen years, the brain changes and makes it extremely challenging (if possible at all) for an adult to learn a foreign language.
This doesn’t mean that they can’t learn it; just that they won’t do so the same way as a child because the mechanisms are different by then.🙌
📍 Anyway it's up to you to decide whether it's a real necessity for a child to learn a second language. It must be fun, rather than fixed time classes with drilling rules and grammar. 💤
Let your children enjoy their LIFE and get real pleasure from the process! ☺

What's your hobby? 📚 Are you good at it?
These are typical questions, right?
Why do we actually need a hobby if there are so many things to do everyday?🙄
There are 5 main reasons:
▶️Creativity. When you are busy with something you really like, new and unusual ideas 💡 are born - you start thinking out of the box.
▶️Socialize. It's a great opportunity to meet new people that enjoy doing the same things that you do. And it's an easy way to make friends when you get a new job, move to a new place or when you travel. There is also something you can talk about.
▶️Confidence. Hobbies build confidence because being good at something and learning something new is very rewarding. You set a goal, achieve it and are really proud of yourself. It works really well!
▶️Reduce negative stress. When you have some troubles at work, hobbies help your to be distracted from them. Hobbies refocused your attention and bring relief and satisfaction.
▶️Development. There is no need to say that hobby helps you to enrich yourself and to learn something new.
P.S. Check this wonderful picture out! One of our really talented students has shared her pic with us. Thanks a lot! We hope to hang one of her great masterpieces in our office, right? 😏😋 Find your hobby and be ahead! ☺

Why do we actually visit English classes or courses in general ? 🙋
Most of us want to improve the level, to enrich ourselves, spread our wealth of knowledge!😋😎 But we've noticed that people just want to make friends, to speak about life and experiences and be heard (apart from their goals of course👌). People are so busy now, that they simply don't have enough time to create friendships. 😮And we are extremely happy to know that our students keep communicating outside YETA 😎 YETA - connecting people 😂👍
**************************************

One day you wake up early with no reason 😎 and understand that you terribly want to grab you bag , buy a ticket somewhere you've never been to and start a new chapter of your adventurous life!👼🏄 And actually we all can do that spontaneously, with no hardships on the way if we really want to.
Carpe diem! (Seize the day)!!! It's your life and you can't live one day twice! Remember it! And do your best! Good luck 🍀 ***************************************
Carpe diem, 🍀

Guess the place 🤔 😏 You think it looks like a cliff somewhere in Scotland, right? Nope!
These are fascinating landscapes of the Asian part of Russia, to be exact - Lake Baikal, which is a real magnet for tourists all over the 🗺 world!
We haven't stolen these pics from the National Georgraphic archive. They are inspiring shots taken by one of our students! We just want to share this beauty with you! 👍
♥ Do you like the place where you live? Have you managed to visit every precious corner of your country? ****************************************************

14.09. 2018

What are you busy with when you come back home 🏡? Let us guess... You change your clothes to something comfortable, cook dinner and turn on your favorite TV-series or watch funny videos on YouTube, chat with your friends and scroll photos on Instagram. 📸 Finally you take a shower and read something really good before you fall asleep. 😴Right? 👉 It's a good evening! 🌃 Why not to devote time to yourself and do what you like? 🙄😇 Speaking about our evenings very often we can't stop working. Even though our classes are away for the day we keep looking for some great 💡 ideas and brilliant activities. Why? Are we nerds? 🤓 Nope! That's just the way we live and we are high as a kite 🤗
******************************************

11.09. 2018

10.09. 2018

New week - new start! ✌
Are you ready to make your plans and goals come true? 🙄 We are sooo busy now, there are so many things around, so we easily get distracted at any moment.
How to focus on things which are really necessary to pay attention to 🙋?
▶️Make a 📃 list. Reduce the chaos of your day by focusing on 2 or 3 important tasks. It's also good to set time limit for each task.
▶️Exercise and sleep enough. Sport and good sleep help you to feel healthy and energetic.
▶️Take 15-minute breaks as your brain needs some rest to restore energy.
▶️Worry less, savor more. Live here and now. Enjoy what you do and stop doing things you don't like. Focus on your present, not past or future.
▶️Go with the flow. If you can't change something right now and it doesn't depend on you, so let it go for a while and get busy with something you can cope with straightaway!

Have a productive and useful week! ☺

Life is full of joy! We can compare it with a carousel! 🎠 Sometimes you feel dizzy and sick of it! But hopefully most of the time you get pleasure and feel pretty happy! 😊 ❤
Enjoy your ride and be yourself! ☺
***********************************************
